Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing, depending on order volume, and 7–10 business days after processing for delivery (based on distance).

All orders received after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Our fulfillment days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be added to the order queue at the start of the following business week.

Occasionally, processing or delivery times may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we always do our best to make it right for our customers. Please let us know if you have any concerns — we are always happy to help.

All orders are shipped with tracking to ensure customers can follow the status of their deliveries and confirm safe arrival.

We offer free shipping within Canada on all orders over $150 CAD. For customers in the United States, free shipping is available on orders over $250 USD.

Note: SECTION 35 is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the provided address. If this occurs, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the situation.
