To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. SECTION 35 must be contacted within 3 days or receipt. The customer is responsible for all related shipping/duties and associated expenses. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Clearance, Sale and Fashion Show Items are non-refundable and or exchangeable.
We are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or colour, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
